Are you looking for an accomplished, experienced geotechnical engineer, who provides prompt service at a reasonable cost?  If so, please look no further.  I am an independent engineer with almost 40 years of experience in San Diego County and elsewhere in California and the United States.  Because I am a sole practitioner with relatively low overhead, I am able to keep my fees low. 

Part of my work consists of performing soil investigations and foundation engineering for new construction, such as residences, commercial buildings and other structures.   

I also inspect homes for real estate transactions, and evaluate distressed homes and properties that have cracked foundations or floor slabs, or have been otherwise damaged by soil settlement or expansion, landslides or groundwater/seepage problems. 

My clients are typically developers and builders, property owners, property managers, architects, real estate companies, lending institutions, and contractors.
